My Mission
As a child, I was always fearful of going to the dentist. Because of this, I made it my mission to find a way to make others feel comfortable in the dental chair. It was this desire to help others that led me to choose a career in dentistry.
I knew I could offer a better way to treat patients with fear, so I founded my dental practice with the commitment to “cater to cowards.” Our entire team is trained to offer a gentle dental experience. Our mission is to go above and beyond to make our patients feel comfortable and relaxed, as well as to provide virtually painless dentistry. We offer extraordinarily high-quality service to our patients in a warm, friendly, and caring atmosphere. Our goal is to exceed our patients’ expectations while working together to form a long-lasting, enjoyable relationship.

Commitment to Excellence
With an extreme focus on attention to detail and a desire to be the best clinician in the country, I embraced the revolutionary procedure, All-On-4® treatment, which offers a fixed solution to teeth in one day. This concept provides a fixed bridge for patients who have endured dentures or are at risk of losing all their teeth. I passionately feel dentures are a thing of the past and that no one needs to suffer from missing teeth. By offering my patients “teeth in one day,” I can significantly improve their smile, health, self-esteem, and their quality of life.
My desire to serve my community led to the opening of Seidner Dentistry of Randolph in 1986. And with continued dedication to and compassion for our patients, I designed and built a new home for Seidner Dentistry in 2002. This modern, state-of-the-art office provides care in implants, sedation dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, and family dentistry. Our new office was nationally recognized for its architecture and design by a prominent dental company and was published in their journal.

Community-Minded Dentist
Seidner Dentistry was one of the first offices in New Jersey to sponsor Dentistry from the Heart, a national non-profit organization dedicated to providing free dental care to those in need. In the years that we have hosted this event, our team helped over 1,500 people with free dental care.
In addition to various charitable drives our office organizes, my favorite event is the annual Halloween Candy Buy Back. Halloween candy is purchased from the community, packaged, and sent to our troops overseas. The overwhelming appreciation from our troops is extremely rewarding.
I was selected as Chabad’s Man of the Year in 2013, an honor bestowed on outstanding members of the community.
