Joelle – Pediatric Administrator

I still remember my first visit to the dentist! As you can see from this photo, I was all smiles and couldn’t wait to go again. This is how I want your child’s experience to be! Every visit brings a unique adventure and the chance to form a special bond. Handmade drawings, sharing family stories, or playing silly games to pass the time during their appointment makes for a fun-filled day.

I loved my childhood dentist so much, I went to work there after graduating from Roxbury High School! Becoming a dental assistant is profoundly enjoyable for me, which is why I’m an instructor at a local dental assisting school. Being able to positively influence my patients, ease their anxieties, and build their trust makes me my happiest.

I’m committed to helping our local community. My husband, a school teacher, often speaks about local kids in need of school supplies, so I am proud to collect school supplies with the help of our patients each summer and donate them to Jersey Cares. No child should have to start school without the necessities, and with all our help, we can make a difference. Even the smallest of gestures can help build a child’s confidence and start the school year off positively.

Amy – Orthodontic Administrator

I believe in living your best life and enjoying every moment. I find nothing more satisfying than helping others achieve their best smile so that they can live their life to its fullest. I encounter many self-conscious patients who have spent years hiding their smile. Orthodontic treatment enriches their self-esteem, giving them a fuller outlook on their life.

I came from a hotel hospitality background and went into dentistry when my first child was born. I now have four kids and if I could have 20, I would! My family is actively involved in helping our community. Our favorite event is to prepare Thanksgiving dinner for multiple families and deliver the meals on Thanksgiving morning. It is so rewarding to have our patients help make this event a success.

During my free time, I enjoy being on Lake Hopatcong. A fun night out includes singing Karaoke at a local restaurant. I also love to hunt for discarded pieces of furniture and bring them new life.
